The realisation of the project lasted about three years. First the building had to be vacated and the old structure had to be carefully exposed. After that, the historical parts were renovated and the new elements including the state-of-the-art building utilities were integrated – with much manual work and precision. Wherever possible construction experts and materials from the area were used. It is also thanks to the skills of these local professionals and their respect for the historical building fabric that the project could be realised in such quality.
