After its comprehensive renovation, the formerly shabby and partly dilapidated historical farmhouse presents itself as a modern zero-energy house with contemporary living comfort. With the original proportions and three distinctive parts preserved, the building has become a natural part of Latsch’s townscape once again. The ancient farmhouse today is an ensemble, in which old and new parts form a harmonious whole.
